Hello everyone - this thread will be about all our favorite and least favorite you have heard while shopping for groceries or snacks at the drug store. I currently work at a grocery store myself. Thankfully it's a steady job for me but as you can imagine it means I have to listen to their in store radio when I'm on the clock. Particularly I work at a Vons right now (same company as Safeway or Albertsons if you don't have that or Pavilions where you are) so the song selection should be the same for all the stores in the US under that company. I live closer to a Food 4 Less (Ralphs/Kroger) so I shop there when I'm off work and need to grab something and sometimes the 99 Cents store as well. My Mom gets her prescriptions from CVS pharmacy so I go there on occasion if she needs me to walk there. And we sometimes get Ice Cream from Rite Aid. So that's several different store chains I have experienced in person to get a feel of their radio stations.

I don't actually remember hearing specific songs when I go grocery shopping, I think I just tune it out

i don't remember a lot but i pay attention to the point where sometimes i enter a store on the mall cuz of the song that is playing 

i'm the opposite, i get distracted from what i'm doing at the store because of the song that is playing 

it's always like this, at the gym too 

i pay attention so much to ambient music

interesting is that if it's a TV Show playing, a movie, a show, etc i just don't care and i'm never distracted

it's only music
