Does anyone have a leaderboard for the longest active Hot 100 consecutive weeks streaks among female artists? I just want to know who succeeded the top spot from Dua.

I think Rihanna holds the record at +200 weeks from 2009 to 2013.

EDIT: I found the exact numbers from this thread:

1. Rihanna — 216 weeks (2009 - 2013)

2. Nicki Minaj — 207 (2010 - 2014)

3. Halsey — 154

4. Dua Lipa — 148 (2019-2022)

5. Destiny's Child — 139

5. Taylor Swift - 139

5. Katy Perry - 139

The way Mariah Carey would have secured 32 years, if E=MC2 had been released in 2007 as originally sheduled

Omg thank you so much. I'm a little apprehensive to bringing up women from the 60s just cause there's probably SOOOOO many more from there I'd be missing and the charts were so much more different than. I will include Donna Summer though of course, IDK how I could forget the queen of disco. Also gonna include Cyndi Lauper, Olivia Newton John.

Thank you for bringing up Billie & Halsey. Hard to believe the "new girls" been working for that long. Can't believe I forgot Miss Carrie baby herself.

Yeah the cutoff is 7 years, and good point! You are correct, Miss Spears should be there twice.

Hey @Kool_Aid_King, very nice thread!!!

Selena's tell me something i don't know is from 2008. It had a SG&TS version in 2009's Kiss & Tell but the Single Version -- the one that charted -- was from 2008!

She's also had charting songs in 2009 so that gives her 15 years, not 14

That's when it was released, but it did not chart on Billboard until January 10th, 2009.

that's right and i'm so surprised about it... like at first it doesn't make sense

but its probably when the MV started playing on disney channel or something, it's the only explanation since disney singles never had radio so its always front loaded (reason why i thought it would've charted in 2008)

surprised that it charted for more than 1 week tho

thanks and sorry!!

No thank you!! I appreciate it, if there are errors I'd love to present the correct information and see if I may be mistaken.

I get a lot of my starts from the website musicchartsarchive.com

They have a lot of chart runs and what year, month and day most songs by an artist charted.

Diana Ross had a song chart on the Hot 100 every year from 1962 until 1986. That makes up

Don't worry friend, I included her 70s-80s streak. I'm trying to stay away from 60s-70s though.

Avril Lavigne

2005 - "He Wasn't"

2006 - "Keep Holding On"

2008 - "The Best Damn Thing"

He Wasn't didn't chart but Nobody's Home did chart in 2005.

But The Best Damn Thing never charted. So she only had 6 years. If Hot became a hit (as if it should've), she would've been there :weeps:
