Spoiler Absolutely loved that they expanded more on Joel and his daughter’s relationship and gave us a brief glimpse into what their life was like before the outbreak occurred. The scene when Joel is having flashbacks to his daughter being shot before proceeding to beating the guard to a pulp was chilling. I like how the creators explained this scene showcases just how different Ellie is to Joel’s daughter.
