Nah, it's still Mariah. The consistency of output and the effort for every single remixthroughout the 90s up until even 2005/6 are unmatched. Enetirely new remakes of songs that are as good or better than the original. No laziness on vocals, new melodies, crazy ass belts, new genres.

I mean...the most remixed artist of all time is Madonna. She literally has the 2nd biggest selling remix album of all time and just released a greatest hits with 50 #1 dance hits :deadbanana4:

 

I don't think anyone can compete with these stats
