Benjamin Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 This was absolutely brilliant, should've been in cinemas. Glad they released a Comanche version at the same time, that's the version I watched and it added so much to the experience hearing it in a Native language. (I mean, it took me like 10 minutes to realise the Comanche version was listed under Extras rather than as a language option on the main version, but I was happy once I found it.)
DoctorIce Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 It was okay, entertaining enough. The plot armour did get a bit ridiculous though.
flower moon Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 about what you'd expect from the franchise but not too bad
fridayteenage Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 well reviewed predator movie AND higher metascore than the last 4 aliens, wow
Redstreak Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 My bf and I watched it last night, was really good at setting up tension between the lead and the predator
Drowned8World Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 first Predator movie i've watched and it was amazing
mokitsu Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 never watched any Predator movie but this was good. felt a bit too blockbuster-y with ridiculous plot armor and ex machinas at times and the cgi could be better but it was still a fun experience. really well choreographed, the sets were gorgeous (i wonder where they shot it), the alien monster beast looked great and i loved the kills. taabe (the brother) kinda ate miss naru up though, im surprised it's his first acting role
Gorjesspazze9 Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 (edited) This movie was entertaining as hell. Honestly way better then I was expecting, It served. Deserves all the praise it’s getting. Edited August 7, 2022 by Gorjesspazze9
chester Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 Entertaining movie with a strong lead…easily (one of) the best of the franchise.
Kevin2803 Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 It was alright. Had its moments, but i am just not a big fan of the franchise.

josesuxx Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 Can I watch this if I haven't watched the previous movies?

Xantalli Posted August 8, 2022 Posted August 8, 2022 (edited) As an avid fan of this franchise (yes, even the ones that are critically panned) I really enjoyed this! kinda hoping they continue with the plot of the predators hunting during different historical time periods! johnzy13 Posted August 8, 2022 Posted August 8, 2022 So ******* good. The English dub is trash. Watch the Comanche dub. I hope they continue the predator in different time periods. Would love to see one in feudal Japan.
Broken Posted August 9, 2022 Author Posted August 9, 2022 IT'S SO GOOD. Amber Midthunder did a fantastic job as Naru. She deserves all the praise she's getting. It’s a shame it didn't get a theatrical release. I blame Shane Black .

That’s interesting. I didn’t know it was his first acting role but i thought his acting wasn’t that great
