All eyes were on Warner Bros. Discovery’s second-quarter earnings Thursday following Wednesday’s report that the company was preparing a major restructuring of its content divisions, and the entertainment conglomerate added 1.7 million global subscribers to both HBO Max and reaching 92.1 million global subscribers.

However, Warner Bros. Discovery notably did not break out individual subscribers for HBO Max, which last quarter had reached 76.8 million customers worldwide by the end of March.

HARLEY QUINN HOLD ONNNN I refuse to let them take her back to the Joker in whatever stupid visions they have for future DC this is the best version of Harley and HELL most DC characters , like they gotta be fundamentally stupid to not see that the public loves this show and it's picking up popularity so fast.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but the general gist is that the new CEO of Warner Bros. wants to cut spending and since the HBO Max shows are rather expensive to make (hiring writers and all the that jazz.) as opposed to reality TV he rather cancel and prevent additional scripted shows from being created for the sake of saving money.

I think he just said they're going to rent movies on this new streaming service? :deadbanana:

So what you're trying to say is that HBO Max shows weren't successful enough? :fan:
