Valentine Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 I don’t care. I personally LOVED the show, we’ll see the characters again in the blockbuster The Marvels next year, and Marvel will continue to make content.
Gogetonthebus Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 Barely any movie tie-in to boost it No marquee star Not targeted at the typical Marvel demographic The show was a breath of fresh air, the first real YA Marvel property, and Iman Vellani is a superstar in the making. It was a perfect intro to Ms. Marvel, and will almost certainly get a second wind/push in the lead-up to The Marvels.
superben Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 I think Marvel experiments with different styles in their TV shows (while the MCU movies always feel the same). Wanda Vision, Loki & Moon Knight all feel so different from their usual superhero storyline, so they offer something new to the audience. Ms Marvel is just a bad show.

I was really enthralled in the latter half of the 2010s and thought Endgame was awesome. I wish they’d stopped with the multiverse crap after Endgame tbh - it’s getting a bit ridiculous Maybe they’ll win me over again with some plot twists but I just don’t like the idea that a character can die and then it suddenly means nothing anymore, and sometimes it’s a permanent death and sometimes they can be brought back in a different universe?…. Like what? Lol. It worked in Endgame but ever since it’s been kind of dragging on for me. The Spider Man movie in 2021 was an iconic gimmicky comeback of bringing all the Spider-Man’s back in one movie, but if you think about it, it is SILLY lmao

Doctor Strange:MoM is the 2nd biggest movie of the year and Thor:L&T is coming for the top 5. Can we stick to the facts and numbers? MCU is still doing quite alright and the next phases will bring the excitement again. Narrator: it won’t
