We all saw how quick I Hate U dropped after a sliver of a viral moment, and that was after she leaked it on soundcloud. There should be no reason why this wasn't released over a year ago unless we take sza's own reluctancy of releasing this song into account. I guess since she got Doja on this they're going for a full planned rollout and that involves waiting for miss Cat to be available to film the video and what not.
