Lizzie McGuire… so outdated yet so good at the time

most early 2000s would flop if released today bc the plot lines were too simple yet not iconic enough like the 80s and 90s shows

The original Queer as Folk where the 30-year-old man is sleeping with a 15-year-old and no one cares.

Ugly Betty I think?

Ugly Betty was ahead of it’s time, I think it would do well minus the cis actor playing a trans character

Glee on the other hand would be DESTROYED if it was released today

Its Always Sunny In Phiadelphia.

Even though it is a satire, it took awhile for viewers to see the first few seasons as such. Cancel is swift now.

The show was popular in the southern college dorms, until they realize in the later seasons that the joke's on them.

the way this gem deals with homosexuality as a casual topic is unheard of in many modern children shows.

Not another Teen Movie. Todays teens would cancel it. Even tho it’s amazing and actually funny. Same for the Scary Movies and the early 2000’s black comedies? what an era.
