I watched this weekend, it's a really cute film. I enjoyed it. Caucasian people got so defensive about it and angry about this remake because they think it ruined the original when the Steve Martin one was a remake too, let Latino/xs have this moment, damn.  They can seethe, though

They do? HBO is Warner Media, and they premiered every 2021 film day and date so this is impressive when you consider the other premieres they've had including Wonder Woman, Godzilla v Kong, Mortal Combat, Matrix, Conjuring, Space Jam, In the Heights, and Dune
