Sis, i think you should read the definition of a selfmade person. As much as i love most of the girls on this list, they all had mentors who guided them, Rihanna had Jay, Beyoncé had her father,Céline had René, Mariah had Tommy who were taking care of the behind the scenes and made their careers bigger. Bro Taylor lives in a mansion ever since she was born, their parents could afford dropping everything and launching her career, that's not self made. If she had to go though highschool and stuff she would have debuted at 25 she wants you to believe the humble country image, but she's far from it. I'm sorry... But Rihanna grew up in Barbados, with an addict dad and left her home at 15 leaving everything behind. How is that not self-made? She was signed right away, that doesnt mean she had any help, everyone after signing a contract with a record company has help.... that's what music companies are for.
