one of the production designers snaps pictures and fans are given hints that the film will give backstory on all the Thunderbolt members. Comments under the post say Specifically Yelena, Winter  Soldier, Red Guardian (Black Widows Dad), Ghost from Antman & The Wasp, & John Walker (The Captain America replacement from Falcon & Winter Soldier). 
 

what I'm sensing is a very character driven story. Director did say last year it will be more of a sequel to Black Widow, with Yelena as the main protagonist. I'm starting to believe that this might actually be Dark Avengers adapted from the comic run

since Sentry has been confirmed for over a year now. And it is stated this will go hand in hand with Captain America Brave New World. All those rumors of Eternals island being the primary plot of both films. Finally we are getting connecting plotlines for the street level/ Political side of marvel. I hear Brave New world trailer will be shown at comic con and a sizzle reel of this will be teased. From the Marvel Spoilers sub reddit. The suicide mission will be mention in Captain America and will be shown in thunderbolts. the thunderbolts survive the mission to Tiamat island and discover Adamatium. Film will mostly be a dram of them choose thier own path of Anti-heroism. World leaders will start building armies with thier own super soldiers/ Super powered beings. Rumor: Canada starts the Weapon X program after obtaining the Adamatium. The U.K. Has Giah. More mutants will begin to have thier X-Gene activated. Basically the rumor is that Superhero's will start to be viewed as Wepons of Mass destruction. This is kinda how I wanted Marvel to take the Dark Avengers, so I'm getting hyped and hope the rumors are true. Especially if this will be more character & Drama driven

Thunderbolts may be a 2 part film

So there was a Instagram ad the other day during the cinema on event that was going around at the same time Fiege confirmed the official title of the films will be Thunderbolts*. The spoiler subreddit caught this with it saying Part 1. Fiege then said that we will learn what the mark is for after the film is released. Fans speculate that the end of the film title card will reveal that Part 2 of thunderbolts to be announced will be revealed. So as a post credit scene we may see the screen fade to black and say Thunderbolts: Dark Avengers. Or whatever title they choose. This would be a first and new tactic for Marvel studios! And would give Thunderbolts a sequel. This is just a rumor but I'll keep it in spoiler tags in case this scenario actually happens

I don't know why I just assumed Hailee would be in this until I remembered The Marvels post-credit scene. I just loved her chemistry with Florence Anyway, this looks fun!

Action looks Great! And cool concept to turn these heroes from different areas of the Super soldier level MCU team up. This looks like Marvels response to people asking for ground action and character development. Much needed from all the overblown multiverse stuff! Can't wait, I think this is gonna be a great world building and character film
