Honestly, it turned out for the best that her visa had issues. Heartstopper getting such a huge following has done wonders for the cast and I doubt she would have been cast in Doctor Who if she stayed on this movie.

There is. The filming of this would have overlapped with the filming of Heartstopper and Russell T Davies cast her in part because he saw her in Heartstopper.

Yasmin was perfect for this role but I’m glad she ended up with Heartstopper over this

This was really cute! The actor who plays Khal is hot. Though I wanted to look him up to double-check his age and he's 31...  He's gorgeous.

If this is true, then the movie would be way better. Girl couldn't act for her life.  I mean she's cute and all but the delivery of her lines were off.

 

I don't know about this film... it was cute but I cringed a lot of times. Having the commentary from the trans community would be insightful about what they think about several scenes and lines from this...

 

And yeah, the male lead was cute and hot but he definitely looked way older. In fact, the entire cast looked waaay older. But I guess that's the usual.
