I literally had a panic attack when the movie ended. It was just too much. The unsettling music, the final sequences, no no, everything is wrong with that movie. I've been able to watch it again without feeling desperate or something just a few months ago (I tried to watch it again a lot of times but I didn't succeed ). And yes, Midsommar is pretty ****** up, but it wasn't as terrible as Hereditary. At least, I can re-watch it without feeling like having a panic attack.
