This is the edit I've heard the most on radio stations, and it's truly the worst way to murder that masterpiece, can't understand the need to butch a song into max 2:30 minutes long. There's another version, which is longer (around a minute longer) and it's waaaay better. If it ends up flopping on Pop radio, you know the reason.

It's horrible but the fact it's short makes it perfect for pop radio and so far, it seems to be working.

Yeah, but this one works better and still short enough (3:30 min), WNCI-FM which has it on Power plays this version, and I'm grateful.

It is strange the radio version at 2:30 is so short, but that’s kind of what most people are used to as in the show it’s a shorter version that plays… so maybe that’s why the radio version is still connecting with the audience?
