Yes. _______ In a recent interview with Netflix's Tudum, Johnson explained that the film's title, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, pays homage both to the 1968 Beatles song of the same name and to detective Benoit Blanc's love of symbolism. Spoiler "I'm always fishing for something fun that Blanc can grab onto as an overwrought metaphor that he can beat to death," he said. "This is all in plain sight from the very start. So, the idea of glass came to me, something that's clear. I'll be very honest. I literally got out my iPhone and searched my music library with the word glass. 'There's got to be some good glass songs.' I was like, 'Oh, is it a glass fortress? Is it a glass castle? Is it a glass man?' The first thing that came up, because I'm a huge Beatles fan, is 'Glass Onion.'" https://ew.com/movies/rian-johnson-beatles-inspired-metaphor-glass-onion-knives-out/ OT: Looks good. You know, the award they nominated her for? She was constantly praised and there was backlash when she was nominated for the razzle. All they are is a platform to nominated celebrated actors on their biggest "fall," or what's expected. They mean nothing.

Smarticle Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 it was good! I thought the exposition was so long but then there was a purpose for it I can't help but feel the ending was so abrupt, it didn't have that satisfying feeling from the first Knives Out

Eóghan Posted November 23, 2022 Posted November 23, 2022 Who's goin to check this out in theaters for the 1 week limited release? I've seen/read a few reviews and they all say this is best experienced in theaters. Which I'm doubtful, I mean it's just a whodunnit, this ain't an Avatar/Dune type of movies. I might see it this thursday if I have time.
mystery Posted November 23, 2022 Posted November 23, 2022 This was truly great and a worthy follow up to the first film which I do still prefer. This one is more on the bombastic side for sure and there is a lot more gags. Excellent performances all around with a ton of surprises. Definitely want to watch it again to spot all the easter eggs.
