Artists with the most wasted potential?

I'll go first: Azealia Banks

I genuinely believe she would've been the main rapper girl right now if she just kept the mouth shut and went to therapy

Azealia

Sky Ferreira

And to be honest, I think Pink could be doing much more interesting work with her talent.

zara larsson. her songs don’t do her justice at all

Azealia Banks burned every bridge possible in the name of "free speech" and cemented herself as the Queen of wasted potential. Had a great pen and ear for her lane of Pop-Rap so she could've gone mainstream with the right direction but these days she has no musical say and hasn't really evolved. judging by her social media outbursts I'd say she's been stuck in the same mindset for the longest time. I don't think she cares about her life, financial stability or reputation at all, otherwise she'd have kept hustling to be a musician.

Natalia Kills had a great musical run with fantastic albums, but because her Perfectionst aesthetic was very borrowed and inauthentic coming up she never made her mark. I wish she hadn't gone on XFactor, instead she could've kept on making music and kept touring in small venues.

This.

Its a shame, she has the voice and the showmanship just the musical direction is lacking and pretty basic.

at this moment, i’d say foxes. she made a flawless pop album that has classic written all over it.
