I mean NRO was a cute medium sized hit in the long run, but the problem was that the whole droplet era served 0 purpose - instead of helping katy it kinda did the opposite. 

She should've just released an album with NRO instead of waiting to see what sticks.

This song was #1 on TTH, so they did what they could do with it. And it gave her second biggest hit post-2015.

I still can't believe NRO and HIH weren't huge hits. So weird how she was practically finished overnight. But they're still bops! :gaycatina1:
