Spider Man 2 is a masterpiece.

The story is heartbreaking and the ending is almost gut wrenching.. just how fast everything happened and how Harry was lost to Venom and Peter never really getting a chance to speak to him ever again, only when he's fighting to get him back and Harry tells him "he's done"  is just tragic..

I hadn't finished the EMF activities during the game and decided to go for the platinum post game and wow... there's a secret video message you get from Harry upon completing the activity and it really hit me hard  probably the best way to end the game tbh

I just bought PS5 after skipping PS4. So I have two questions:

 

1. What are the games that I absolutely have to play? (Both PS5 and PS4). I have Spider-Man 2 as the bundle. I absolutely loved LittleBigPlanet and Arkham series on PS3.

2. Do you recommend to get PS+? I think it is kinda overpriced and am not huge on online gaming/ have no friends that have PS5 but catalogue looks interesting.

Trying Demon's Souls on PS5 again 

 

I beat the original years ago with a quality build/Winged Spear. When I started the PS5 version almost 2 years ago, I picked the sorcerer and haaaaated it. I'm having a much better time as the barbarian lol, which is what I picked last time. Just got the Mirdan Hammer to drop in 2-1, so I hope it is as good as people say! I have the Claymore too as a back up.

Super late reply but I'd say PS+ is worth 

 

Final Fantasy 16, Need for Speed Unbound, Tekken 8 are my favorite PS5 exclusives. 

 

Crash Bandicoot 4 It's About Time is also extremely fun imo.

I recently got the platinum for Red Dead Redemption 2 and boah did it made me go through it. From bursting out laughing, crying my heart out, rage, joy, frustration, boredom... every human emotion but ultimately the most touching experience I ever had in gaming.

I think Red Dead 2 and Final Fantasy 16 are the best stories ever in video games so I think you may be interested in FF16

I only played FFX when I was a kid and while I appreciate its beauty and the fond memories, Japanese RPGs that are too deep in lore are a bit overwhelming for me so I tend to avoid them. I may be feeling differently the moment I finish milking my PS+ subscription, so I'll keep your suggestion in mind, thank you

Have any of you got the platinum trophy for Crash 4?

 

I just platinum'd the N.Sane Trilogy which was very challenging to say the least. I'm too scared to start Crash 4 cause I'm on a streak of 16-platinums and I don't want to ruin it with this game.

A 0.2% Platinum is insane.
