The fact that’s it’s been 7 years since it last happened. Women’s tennis in its flop era for real.

I think about this all the time. I'm always wondering if she's injured or she retired without me realizing or something, but no, she's just flopping as usual.

Osaka really was supposed to be our savior. Alas.

Spain Garbiñe Muguruza (2/2)

Can she retroactively give this back to Legend V? Because she does not deserve.

Not really because Garbine won that one fair and square. If anyone's slams need to be retroactively removed, it's Halep's because she doped. In my book, Sloane Stephens is the 2018 French Open champion and Serena won her 24th slam at 2019 Wimbledon.

I’m just talking about her being a flash in the pan. I’m really bummed Venus couldn’t get one last slam during that incredible comeback year she had with the Australian final and US Open semifinal appearances as well.

At this point it’s Sabalenka’s to lose. Of course I’d be thrilled to see Coco win it all esp with her narrative and everyone hyping up a new gen of US tennis but she’s still green.

Win it all Karolina :jonny:

Jack Sock and Sam Querrey did it too. I guess pickleball will become the place where failed tennis careers go to die :rip:

Hope tonight's matches are competitive.

And looking forward to Alcaraz/Medvedev tomorrow
