I’m glad Legend V is still doing it for the love of game, but it’s hard see her be so uncompetitive. Transitioning to doubles would be a good idea.

Definitely could imagine the ATRL debates over who is better. And then someone else would come in and be like, “Actually, Ingrid Cortez slays them both!”

Woz was impressive in that match against Petra. Her serve was at its pre-retirement level.

petra said she was stunned by caro's serve, i def think they didn't expect that, add her not making much UEs and petra's sadly done.

Petra will always beat Woz on her best day, but her best days are rare.

true but 2023 has already been shaping up as one of her best seasons since pre-covid

she's #9 in race!

What do you guys think of all the WTA Finals drama? They should have just kept it in Guadalajara instead of turning it into a 1000. There was a great atmosphere when it was held there in 2021.

It's September and they didn't even pick the location yet, how are they supposed to properly market this? It's gonna be a disaster with empty seats just like last year. I don't get why it's so hard for the WTA these decisions in advance.

Guadalajara was great. Hopefully Prague gets it as its rumored, especially with all the Czech girls slaying. But if it's Saudi Arabia :biblio:

Fort Worth was a hot mess last year. Empty seats and the crowd that was there was bored. But even that would be better than Saudi Arabia.
