I think Legend V might have said her farewell to Wimbledon already. It's different for Serena because she got injured last year - she'll want to finish off with a full match. I think they will both play US Open and hopefully doubles too, if this is it.

That tiebreak was fun to watch, Serena saved a match point with a great pick up lob from the net. Hard to tell if she'll be physically fit enough and ready for a singles match at Wimbledon, but talent never fades.

oh she is more than ready. Ons was actually the problem in this doubles match, but I hope tomorrow she will be more relaxed

As talented as Ons is, she really was a hot mess during that match. Loved watching Queen play though!!

A tough draw for her, no? How do y’all think her chances look?

Thats about as easy a draw as she could have hoped for really. First 2 rounds arent exactly grass specialists and Pliskova isnt in good form at all

Who knows where Serena is. She can lose first round, she can win the title. I guess.

Hopefully :spin:

First round draw is really tricky. But they did schedule her on center court, so guess they feel good about her actually being healthy

SST is going to be a tough out for Serena, she hits tons of balls back in play. It will be a test for Serena going forward.
