The content creators just have a hivemind opinion on ****. Cyno is actually one of the best hypercarries in the game in terms of damage if you build him in the right team but they all pan him without doing any actual research.

The thing is, Cyno is just hard carried by Hyperbloom. He's underwhelming as a pure quicken carry, and you might as well replace him with someone else in his quickbloom teams.

If you have Zhongli give it to him and if you don't I wouldn't waste resources on raising if you are content with what you have. Some new polearm character down the line will probably make use of it anyway so raise it then

I'll be pulling until it ends since I have no intention of getting anyone from 3.5, but man I hate that I lost the 50/50 and it was dead last pity as well

 

I mean I guess I can just save until 3.6 unless I decide to actualy pull for Albedo this time...

no offense, no dendro character can match nahida’s application, so i just think they fumbled cynos kit and that’s ok

It's not about application. The problem with Cyno is the long time of his burst, if you could swap like with Noelle's to bring out Nahida and reapply tri karma for new spawning enemies there wouldn't be a problem. That's what Cyno's main issue is apart from the very long burst that doesn't match well with other charcaters cooldowns.

 

He is still getting great usage on abyss so it's not that his damage is awful. If only they would tweak a few things about his kit he would be fine
