The starglitter shop actually has a fixed schedule

It's nor worth it, you will get them eventually, I would only save the starglitter to buy Amber, Kaeya or Lisa's constellations (specially Lisa, I feel they are the ones with more value) since those aren't feature characters in promotional banners and can only appear on the standard which actually makes them the more rarest constellations to get

They actually decided to have 3 pyros on Yoimiya's banner and not Fischl, who's very synergistic with Yoimiya.

Well they should try to fix her kit, it's a shame that such a cute design has such a horrible kit

 

They are also pushing Thoma through banners, maybe they are trying to indicate that they are going to be the viable charcaters for that "burgeon" reaction

From the testing I've been seeing regarding dendro reactions Thoma seems to be a very good option in some comps, I knew the king would have his redemption

i was moving them mountains  for hours before I realized I needed to click the other option

They wanted to reuse the islands and justify it by showering us with a bunch of lame time wasting gimmicks on top to make it seem like fresh new content  Like the entire fischl island, these raven "riddles", the theater bullshit, entire mona island + domain.....  they really turned up the time wasting to 20
