The election only goes to the House if no one gets a majority of the electoral college votes (270). The chances of that happening are close to zero. SCOTUS would have no reason to get involved, either. This was the goal of 2020... they all thought SCOTUS would step in and do something but SCOTUS can't just step in unless there's a legitimate case that makes its way through the courts. 5
