Giselle DOES NOT know how to hold a mic :bibliahh: the other three slayed though some ppl here already pressed.  I'm glad it was live (except the unisound choruses and savage high notes from what I see. I'll wait for a more HQ

american crowds are so dead it's embarassing (not talking about aespa):bibliahh: such a culture shock to me

American crowds are not dead :rip: Coachella MainStage ones are because people camping for the last couple of performers/headliners will wait there all day so they can be upfront.

Anticipating the "photoshop", "cut and edit" comments when the performance gets uploaded on Youtube :celestial5:

aespa not even singing live at Coachella :rip:

Truly astounding. SM makes studio magic but even NCT leaves vocals to be desired. It seems live talent ended with RV

Give it up deelish. They sang LIVE. :sistrens:

like obviously there’s a backing track but you can clearly hear the mics are ON from all the slight imperfections and changes

even prerecorded “live” vocals sound too crisp compared to what you can hear in the more HD videos

Yeah the way some are hating on these girls just for the sake of hating them…so transparent.

and not all American crowds btw. TWICE just had a tour last month and we all know how loud they were :gaycat2: it’s just that Coachella crowds are usually a hit or miss and aespa is a new group with not much exposure to the American audience. So not that big of a deal.

Let the crowd thing go, of course they it was a bit dead. The girls were announced a few days ago, when tickets were already sold out. What few Aespa fans do exist in the US probably weren't going to Coachella already.

The point is for exposure, online hype, media play, experience for the girls etc. And we got live singing finally. I'd say this is a big win

Kpop fans are usually a good crowd regardless of the country but other than it's usually pretty boring tbh

It's the fact they can't even type up those lame drags on here themselves and have to back up some random twitter users. :ahh: Life must suck

Isn’t it weird that they waited until a surprise US music festival appearance to turn their mics on?
