I started listening to LANA because I have insomnia , and her music kinda does its job sending me to a different state behind my eyelid. Therefore, I love those super meledic snoozes like LOVE SONG ,the Greatest , Norman Fuckin Rockwell, Ride( I already knew the song decade ago), HoneyMoon, Video Game, Blue Velve, Yayo…. What I did know is what Lana has soooo many BOPS, OMG. Her dreamy, atmospheric mid tempo bops are some of the best music ive heard in years. She was listening to Miles Davis in the car last week and the last time she posted she was playing him, we got the jazz-influenced Honeymoon. I mean look at Chemtrail, it’s beautiful lyrically and melodically, but they barely even listen to it anymore. White Dresss, Chemtrail and Dark but Just a Game(best production) are all masterpieces though ooh Her poetry book I got so emotional listening to it last night! Probably not, but it's super impressive. BTD is almost at 4 million daily streams while UV and NFR are pulling 2 million. And what an artistic decrease it would be if it got an official release I’ve been over the song for years but this exploded in the past year on Tiktok, so it’d get that audience to finally stream and then it’ll garner new listeners from the gamers (GTA franchise and video games in general is actually pretty on brand for her). It would also make sense that it eventually gets an official release since it’s been taken down on Youtube so many times. We’ll see…too good to be true and leaks tend to ruin the final plans.
