Do they like disease? i don't know. The critics did like it. The song didnt explode on streams but it hasnt dissapeared from AM and Spotify either. If people don't know the song exists, they won't stream it let alone knowing if they enjoy it. The truth is not many people knew Gaga has a song coming out. There are stories that liddos exchange conversation with other gays about Disease and they don't even know its existence.
