Shakira's team needs to certify Hips Don't Lie for 2006. I'm sure it's anywhere between 8-10x Platinum eligible.

RIAA is for USA only. You’re looking at global streams and on only one platform

In reality Adele's "Hello" is eligible for 12x Platinum but her team hasn't updated her old RIAA certifications in years.
