Her Over It album is well over 2 million units in the US, so that's likely over 4 Billion streams since it takes 1250(premium) to 3750(free) streams = 1 album sale.

At the bare minimum it should be around 17 million with the 12 other tracks on Over It certified Gold.

 

Plus Body should be Platinum by now, Come Thru 2X Platinum and No Love is eligible for Gold. Girls Need Love is probably 4X Platinum eligible too. I'll Kill You might be 2X too

 

I dont know about her EP stuff(like CPR) but a few songs should probably be eligible on there too.

 

It's possible for her to be around or over 20 million, just depends.
