I don't think they'll drop her cause the project will end up making money in the long run

 

but the other 2 EPs will likely get one music video each at most if she hasn't filmed them yet

Xtina could've definitely released more albums during her peak, like following CA, Stripped, and B2B. But I think she took gap years to focus on her health and personal life. I used to get frustrated by it, but now that I am older I understand life is about balance...

@mods this is not off topic bc I’m bringing it up as an analogous situation to explain why Christina released this album for her heritage and not the charts 

 

I think you're messing things up. 

 

A southeeast American, like say, Olivia, singing Kpop and trying to say that's her heritage would not pass! Wasn't Manilla from Rupaul called out for playing a Chinese woman in a challenge when in fact she was Filipino?

 

Even inside Brazil there are many different genres and cultures depending on the region, so given I'm from the Southeast, if I went to the US to play frevo ( genre from northeast) and said that it was my heritage it would be complete bs, because I had no exposure or connection to frevo growing up, despite it being from my country. 

 

So you can bet that her singing genres from different LA countries than her parents are from makes it like an attempt to jump on trends rather than paying homage to her heritage, if that was the case she would be singing some traditional/popular Ecuadorian style.

BB200 already is heavily streaming. The formula is totally fine, if anything streaming will be weighted down in the für.

 

And this EP was top 100 in pure sales and not close to the BB200, because of streaming and it being only 6 songs
