Abel shouldn't have overexposed himself so much throughout 2020/2021. Now he's paying the price. And his stans tried coming at me saying it wasn't an underperformance :sistrens:

Encanto :jonny5:

Olivia nearly out of t10 :dancehall2:

Idk why people are saying The Weeknd overexposed himself when most of the singles/features/remixes he released flop. I think people just aren’t genuinely liking this album despite what the critics say.

April 29th for cassettes and vinyls

He could’ve waited until April to release the album and actually hit #1 :skull:

idk, it feels like if people loved the many songs he dropped last year, they would be eager for more regardless. not liking them made people tired of him, thus overexposed.

Decent for lumineers post-bundles. dropped less than 50% vs. 2019.

I feel like it’s a closer battle between Gunna and Encanto, but yesss we need Mirabel to pull through :duca:

Just listened to Encanto out of curiosity and it is such a bad album I don’t understand the hype. Sonical and lyrical garbage :rip:

Encanto doing 100k :duca:

Equals dropped out of the top 10 several weeks ago but it has been quite steady with its numbers, not bad Ed, not bad.

Encanto should be the top album of the year- its so good and deserves all of it's success.

I love Encanto. “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” and “Colombia, Mi Encanto” are my current jams :clap3:

Hopefully Red TV can still stay in the top 10 :cries:

The Lumineers have been quietly slaying for a while despite only having one crossover hit (Ho Hey, which is low key a classic). They arguably have had the most longevity of any act from the alternative revival circa 2012-2013 that also produced Fun, Of Monsters and Men, Mumford & Sons, AWOLNATION, etc.

It’s competition is Adele for the BB year. Honestly, it’s possible. I listen to it all the time even the instrumental tracks.

I think it has it on lock if the album stays this successful. if Adele's SEA stays on lock too it could be a tough fight, but I think Encanto's popularity might be strong enough. Imagine this was summer- it would probably be one of the few albums to move like 150k outside a debut week.

i wonder if encanto could be locked-ish for the calendar year.

for bb year, frozen was #1

lion king was #4, but the next year #10 so obviously split
