I've never understood why Adele went Diamond in pure sales back 2 back, and Taylor  couldn't, she was everywhere, critical acclaim, hits, fame, the fanbase, gp dalring etc.

But she also has 2 Diamond albums - 1989 and Fearless. All of her albums sans evermore will eventually reach 5x Platinum.

At this rate Evermore can reach 3x Platinum, which is outstanding given how it was overshadowed/supported Folklore for its Grammy win and never given any promo after its first week.
