Not only is this a bigger global result than After Hours but it is even better when you consider that for After Hours, Blinding Lights had 8.4m streams on release day and was smashing.

well you have to take into account the fact this has 2 more tracks than AH.

not bad. i'm worried about his US numbers tho. for after hours he had all songs in the top 16 of apple music + 5 songs doing over 2M on spotify US on the first day and by the end of the tracking week, AH did 160k in SEA units.... he's kinda choking hard on apple music US this time (all gunna's tracks are charting above any from Dawn FM) and the spotify numbers aren't strong as the top tracks from AH so idk, I feel like gunna is gonna block him and he will probably debut with less than 130k overall since 99% of the debut numbers are gonna be SEA units

These are great numbers but I don’t think anything big will stick from the album even though I do love the album.

Solid numbers, it’ll be interesting to see how it holds up over the next few days. With the transitions and voiceovers it’s definitely meant to be listened to as an album experience so it’ll be interesting to see if people actually listen all the way through after the first initial time.

Which would account for the difference, but Dawn FM also has several interludes. Which really doesn't make it the same as having full tracks. It is also good do consider that Heartless and After Hours were released before as well.
