Dawn of Chromatica is Gaga's best album and it's because she's not involved. Koreless fantastic album. Chemtrails has made several points and yes White Dress is one of them!. FTFT british excellence. Male Fantasy has been a HTE standout since day 1, I don't know why some haven't realized this yet. Something about those alien vocals and the gentle piano melody... 9. Lana Del Rey - Dealer Now I didn't care much about Blue Banister but this track is stellar. Lana screaming is something I didn't know that I needed. 8. Mitski - Working for the Knife I'm not the biggest Mitski fan, I only like Puberty 2. But this song over here is a great introduction to her new era and it's a much needed reinvention after BTC. 7. Hayden Casey - It's happening again A gorgeous ambient pop ballad from Hayden Casey. I will always remember 2021 listening to Calamities and finding crumbles of hope in it 6. Lana Del Rey - White Dress What??? Two Lana songs in the top 10. What a shock. But this was probably her best opener ever. Hard to top that. 5. Animal Collective - Prester John They're back and this time no one can make fun of them! Because this is solid af, ANCO haters just had to sit down. 4. Grouper - Kelso (Blue Sky) One of her best closers... the simplicity of this track is so amazing. Just a guitar and her voice. Like most Grouper songs, it works everytime. Kelso is a special one though, it's extra ethereal. I love it 3. Tirzah - Sink In Tirzah keeps carving her own lane and nobody does it like her. This hypnagogic 80s ballad is stunning. The beat is so romantic, I want to play this at my wedding. You're all invited! 2. FKA Twigs - Tears In The Club What a bop. I hope this smashes. and... 1. Arca - Fireprayer Arca is fucking insaneeee. This track just makes me want to ascend. I can't put it into words.
