I think either Set Fire To Your Faves or Hello hasn't achieved that yet. 

She is a legend at this point. The most complete artist this world has given us. 

Yeah it's hard to believe Rihanna's monster hits haven't crossed 10M a long time ago.

Rihanna has three (LTWYL, Umbrella, WFL). Diamonds, Take A Bow and OGITW were incredibly close.

 

OT: This is obvious PR bull**** and you all need to be smarter than falling for GWR as a source. Gaga’s fourth 10M pure seller was BTW and if they want to use units, then Telephone, Paparazzi and Shallow would all be there (7). That is far from a record, though - Katy has five 10M pure sellers and with SPS, Rihanna has 12 with 10M+ units.
