I think so, but Kevin Feige just did an interview saying he thinks all promo spots will be from the first 15-20 minutes of the movie.

This strategy of showing little of the movie is good for the fans who don't want much spoiled but from a marketing standpoint the trailer didn't create much hype at all.

The trailer was the most viewed in 24 hours.....

 

Part 1 was the most anticipated film of 2018 and this was already the most anticipated film of 2019. It's the biggest movie franchise in the world. At this point, it needs no further promo. Everyone who watches at least 1 MCU film a year will want to see the conclusion.
