In pure sales? Yes.

 

In overall units/SPS? No. That’s “Born To Die”.
 

Either way, “ANTI” is the only female Streaming era album on the list - post-2015. By the middle-to-late 2020’s this list will be filled with streaming era albums that sold less pure sales than “ANTI” anyway, Male or Female. There’s a few approaching 200 weeks right now.
