This is the official Spotify chart. WAP is listed as a #1. The remix is another track.

If you look at Kworb's weekly chart dating back to April 2013, before daily #s came in

Dark Horse #1 11 weeks

It might or might not be ahead of Fancy (#1 9 weeks).

The official chart is what matters. If you’re combining versions of songs then Post Malone’s record for rockstar with 124 days at #1 is lowered due to Perfect having 3 versions at once outstreaming it. Or bad guy’s 30 days at #1 is severely reduced, and maybe never even reached, due to Old Town Road having 2 main versions, in addition to the 474748 remixes he added later. So... yes!
