Prism debuted with 286,000 copies 

Witness debuted with 162,000 copies (-44%)

even if she decrease 60% from Witness number, she will still have chance to debut at #1

65k pure sales + 15k  streaming units = ~80k

 

Taylor did 89k, and Pop Smoke did 82k this week

I think for debut album, 15K streaming should be able to pull at least 25000, which def enough for a top 10 debut.
