It's the revenue. You have to divide it by the price of the album (25 yuans) = 2k.

Yes, I'm not chinese but I keep the app to track sales and idk, when I go on Smile's page (folklore's also), it's just dimmed and I can't click on the songs

Different music apps count sales differently for different albums. For Smile, it is counted by songs sales even if you can't buy each song individually. Basically to make the sales not look so tragic. I think it is up to the company in question (Capitol) to decide if they wants to show songs sold or albums sold. 

 

You can also only buy songs from the app if you are in China.

It is automatically locked out if you are outside China. You used to be able to buy it but US companies didn't want to release their music to the Chinese apps if it is not region locked as you can get it for a lot cheaper compared to the US for example.
