Hey! I got the data from a previous thread on here that's, unfortunately, no longer available. I've just found the below tweet from chartdata in 2019, showing 272 weeks. But I'm not sure where the additional 5 weeks from then has come from! 

 

A lot of fan pages seem to list 277 weeks as well. Sorry I can't be of more help!

Which perfectly matches with the discrepancy between the two. The album is actually a co-lead credit between Barbra and her co-star in the film Kris Kristofferson so maybe that resulted in some confusion.
