Surprised at the low numbers for Luke, I thought he was going to fight for #1 :celestial5:

She could do close to 150k though, they just said six digits

Nice, Taylor probably has the most 6 digit figure weeks this year? Definitely for a woman, but I’m unsure about overall. Correct me if I’m wrong. Maybe Juice or The Weeknd have more

The album deserve as much as #1 week as possible.

So she doesnt need to selll too much in a week but spread out to several weeks is better.

Wasn't Lover only #1 for one week?

Yes but it was competing against Tool (comeback album + tour bundles + musty rock fans buy music) and then Posty dropped his album which is STILL doing numbers :cries:  The competition was really steep and her numbers would've secured a #1 literally any other time. The way she could've had 4 weeks at #1 if she released early August but alas.

yes

coming for a third week at #1 :clap3: and y’all were trying to clown her for selling 133k this week :rip: stable legend

folklore did like 32k pure sales during second week. I think the album will sell higher in total SPS in its third week, 150k at least. :jonny5:

country #1s

august: the chicks 84k

out of t10

july: out of t10 x4

june: jimmy buffett 75k

out of t10 x3

may: jason isbell 35k

kenny chesney 233k (super bundle frontloaded; was #38 the next week)

out of t10 x3

april: kenny rogers 32k

sam hunt 46k

out of t10 x2

january-march: out of t10 x13

Looks like country only goes even T10 about once every 5 weeks...

the thought of even a 4th week at #1 :jonny5: and then the rest will depend on who’s dropping

There is no denying her power. And this is before physicals are available. The album is worthy too.

She might spend more weeks at #1 than certain other albums spent in the top 10
