So Taylor had a ~10m edge on first day, but Ariana seems to have ~10m edge on each day that followed so far.

Yeah TUN is unbeatable cuz it had two massive hits and a promoted semi hit during album drop week.

Some of your faves cant even do these numbers on opening day. Keep it cute :dies:

Omg this seems unbeatable :deadbanana:

Someone will need to launch their album with one or two massive hits like TUN and 7R. I imagine that makes up most of the difference after the first day.

amazing numbers, y'all are overreacting

I can’t WAIT for Rihanna to release because I’m curious as to whether she could be the one to surpass Grande’s first week record.

She’s only released one album in the streaming era and she’s #1 overall (with features) and #2 as a lead act among Female acts. :rip:

Adele is a possibility also - “Hello” had record breaking streams when it first debuted.

Rihanna is never a big debut week girl. She will end up doing HUGE numbers but i think you will be dissapointed if you say this. I just can’t imagine how well she will do first week. Maybe between 55m-60m on spotify alone.

rih will release the album without pushing singles before so it's really unlikely. (she already did it with ANTI).

maybe Adele with a proper album campaign.

40M on the fifth day is still massive.

Well, it's over.

But hey, at least It got universal acclaim.

How is it over. This is bigger than first day streaming numbers from every female artist.

Anti was such a messy campaign tho' with multiple delays and multiple pre-release singles that were eventually tabled off the album. :michael:

Huge numbers, only TUNA is ahead is we know it had 2 huge hits huge and BUWYG at that time so Taylor numbers are really good.
