Well, she is European, and is the area where she could promote her music the most. Also, the type of music she is making always does well in Europe.

Upbeat pop is still the dominant genre there and she's one of the few US based artists that delivered something uptempo and well promoted this year. Kudos to her.

I’d say its performance in Germany is pretty good as well tbh. Isn’t it one of the toughest markets for pop stars nowadays?

She is a European artist that made an excellent pop album for European audiences.  This is not rocket science.
