This Grammy-winning masterpiece  Deserved to be a massive radio hit. It has a ton of crossover appeal (pop, R&B, even country could've given it a few spins).

It's a great song but I didnt even think it crossed 200M

Underperformance? I’m pretty sure this is considered an over performance since this song was mainly an adult R&B radio song that just happened to reach other audiences outside of pop radio.
