"Best Part" crosses 500 million Spotify Streams

Featured Replies

This Grammy-winning masterpiece :clap3: Deserved to be a massive radio hit. It has a ton of crossover appeal (pop, R&B, even country could've given it a few spins).

This song was a complete underperformance, wish it actually charted in the top ten with how much longevity it had. Oh well.

What’s 500m streams SPS wise though? Surely it’s 2x platinum in the US by now?

Underperformance? I’m pretty sure this is considered an over performance since this song was mainly an adult R&B radio song that just happened to reach other audiences outside of pop radio.

-it peaked insanely low and it didn’t spend much weeks on the Hot 100

It spent 19 weeks on the chart with a #76 peak. Its streams are impressive. It's a slow burner, it's still getting a good chunk of Streams daily.
