Hurts 2B Human did that much, whew

It spent like 3 weeks at #1 :skull:

Somehow she always wins

Every time I open one of these threads I’m always like “Adele & Taylor top 2” its iconic

Surprised to see Beyoncé & Taylor Swift on this list. I was under the impression that they were some of the most local artists ever. I guess ATRL stans and lying do go hand in hand after all :soda:

‘Glory Days’ sold 96,000 combined units first week when released in 2016, which should put Little Mix second on the list. Unless you are just counting female solo artists?

Anyways, there are some good albums on this list!

Localyonce's numbers pulling more than girls with a full week of sales, interesting!

I’ve never understood people’s assertions that acts like Taylor Swift aren’t big in the U.K., btw.

I don’t know much about her chart stats and sales figures here, but with my generation at least she’s been well known here since ‘Love Story’.

She’s definitely had more mass appeal here since going full pop with 1989, but she was known before that ?‍♂️

Because she's the biggest all around pop girl in the US and her sales there makes it disproportionate compared to everywhere else and ATRL assumes because of that, she isn't "global". Her stats globally are decent and she's on par or even better than most of ATRLs favs outside the US. :skull:

Little Mix’s Glory Days, Get Weird and LM5 did 96k, 60k and 56k respectively :clap3:

Their chart power here is insane, especially with ‘Glory Days’ - I mean: 96k first week, 5 week at Number 1, longest charting girl group album ever and it’s STILL charting now (166 weeks on the chart and counting) and 3x platinum as of 2018.

They really don’t get the credit they deserve for all their achievements, IMO.

I see, thanks for explaining!

All this tea :jonny:

OT: Bey did THAT with Lemoande, not even a full week. Rep and Lover :clap3:

Billie doing that before she started focusing on UK promo :deadbanana4:

BE2 is gonna be massive.

Adele’s GAP :deadbanana4:

Billie's numbers still kill me :rip:

And they don't have bundles in the UK.
