Selena only had 3 tours and Ariana 2. + Stars Dance Tour and Revival Tour both got cancelled before the end, so it's not like Ariana is a bigger touring force than Selena...

Selena had 5 tours and Ariana 3. Also, yes, Ariana is a bigger touring force than Selena... You just have to compare their attendance and boxscores and you'll see who wins :ahh: Dangerous Woman Tour is not even close to an end and it's doing so much better than any tour Selena has ever done.

I'm surprised Hilary didn't make it over Selena, Demi, and Ari. If I'm not mistaken hasn't she had bigger tours than them?

Selena Gomez:

  • Revival - 0.54 milhões
  • Stars Dance - 0.39 milhões
  • We Own the Night - 0.42 milhões
  • A Year Without Rain - 0.04 milhões
  • Live In Concert - 0.01 milhões

Ariana Grande:

  • Dangerous Woman — 0.16 milhões
  • Honeymoon — 0.81 milhões
  • The Listening Sessions — 0.03 milhões

WOW, those are really big tours :deadbanana3: Revival Tour was going to be bigger than any of Ariana's tours if it wasn't for her lupus.

I didn't say they were big tours, but they do count.

And DWT is bigger than any tour Selena has ever done, I mean:

Las Vegas:

DWT - 9,437 / 10,787 ($845,275)

REVIVAL TOUR -  8,761 / 9,173 ($594,878)

Nashville:

DWT - 11,472 / 11,472

 ($614,544)

REVIVAL TOUR - 9,507 / 15,763 ($510,266)

Uncasville:

DWT - 6,301 / 6,301 ($696,265)

REVIVAL TOUR - 7,139 / 7,139 ($465,290)

Anaheim:

DWT - 11,547 / 11,547 ($1,042,336)

REVIVAL TOUR - 10,176 / 11,435 ($769,533)

The Revival Tour had 43 shows in North America, and out of 43, 18 had their boxscores revealed. From those 18, it grossed $11.5M

The Dangerous Woman Tour had 37 shows in North America, and out of 43, 11 had their boxscores revealed (so far). From those 11, it grossed $10.6M

It's pretty obvious the DWT is way bigger than any tour Selena has ever done :ahh:

Nobody's ripping people of. They're just setting a price people either will or won't pay to see them live.

Obviously hugher prices/less attendance but similiar gross. Which is what's important.

Yeah what's important for money hungry artists. What's important to those that are in it for the music is that they share their music with as many people as possible. What a sad outlook you have.

I know she's had one tour pull in nearly $70 million and another at like $30 million. It was during her peak so maybe prices were low.

Is this for a solo artist? Both U2 and Rolling Stones absolutely have 3 tours with 3M+ tickets sold.

Actual gross > this receipt

Not all artists charge as much as they possibly can for their tours.  Some just want their fans to be able to see them.  So, no.
