No one is buying albums and people have to actually be interested in the artist to buy their tour tickets or their merch. It's not a guarantee of success at all. Just look at how Camila or Bieber did.

Doesnt matter, they have nothing to do with album popularity. Unless I missed something and the BB200 is now here to show the most popular tours and clothing items of the week :rip:

This is a mystery to me. 48 on iTunes, 323 on Apple Music, N/A on Spotify, 9 on radio... does it have an Amazon Music deal? :psyduck:

The rest of the world doesn't count the radio for their singles chart and Billboard gives it more power than ever. Mysteries of our time.

With the Rolling Stone charts we now have both options available in the US. :gaycat5:

Radio has far too much influence on the charts, they really need to just give in and increase streaming's weight more

Billboard didn't give it more power. Streams and sales are down because of corona.

Country would basically be dead without radio on the charts.

What's left of R&B too.

It would turn into basically a mix of rap and a pop songs lol

I’m living for the 5SOS fumes because they and their fans both embarrassed each other this week :dies:

With that said, I’m confused as to why The Weeknd’s 138K, which was achieved via 90+ bundles, is being considered such a success when Lover’s 178K second week numbers were laughed at by ATRL with little help outside of its first week :deadbanana:

I actually feel bad for 5SOS, they could have been #1 if the sales weren't split to two weeks - and their number is impressive, even with tour bundles. :clap3:

Don't know the logistics of what happened but I think they still did great, regardless of their position, so kudos to them.

The Weeknd numbers are also great, but yeah thanks to the bundles too.

Dua's number is also good considering the corona situation and I saw a lot predicting 50K or below for her :clap3: Hope she has longevity since she has a huge hit right now, and hopefully Break My Heart (as much as I think it's a very weak song) also becomes a huge hit.

Then why he can't come 'alive' with his new solo single?
