1. When a godchild reveals the existence of their fairies, he/she and any other witnesses shall have their memories wiped by Jorgen and his agents (who can sometimes make the godchild horribly disfigured) and their fairies and magical items they have come in contact will be taken away by Jorgen.^{[1] [2] [3]}
2. A godchild cannot wish or use magic to win a competition, because that leads to cheating, which leads to disqualification for the godchild, and he/she will lose. This rule also applies to any wishes where the results would allow the child to win a competition, but only become an issue when the competition begins; as an example, Timmy was free to wish that he was super-intelligent, but his new intellect vanished when he was competing in a game show against another school.^[4][5] This does not, however, apply to magic competitions, such as a magical duel (though there are still limitations). (This rule is rarely enforced when wishing for someone else to win a competition)^[6][7]
3. A godchild cannot wish to interfere with or create true love (this applies to every kind of love, except parental love).^{[8][9][10][11][12][13]}

He had written it down on a sheet of paper, but never officially put the rule in the Rule book, so it was legal, thus allowing Cosmo and Wanda to give birth to Poof.)^[16]
9. A fairy godparent cannot tell their godchild what other kids have fairies; the child has to find out on their own (Although the child can wish to know if a certain person has fairies, as proven in "Fairy Fairy Quite Contrary", when Timmy wishes for Wanda to tell him if that Remy's godparent knows her).^[17]
10. A child cannot wish to take away the fairies of another child (Juandissimo states that from that way lies madness). They have to be wished away by the same child, or compete in a Magical Duel.^[17]

The secret condition was to make a simple wish. You could wish for the fairies to protect you indefinitely. You could've wished for any specific weapon or items.

 

thecptz went on the defensive. A fairy will always protect him unless they are killed themselves (0 Attack/+1 Defense). 

 

Hug took the amazing Dual-Wield Swords. 

 

Rence took a Pixie Cellphone. 

 

Staryu just got free of a bear trap when a ghost attacked him. But it was far too weak (+2 attack vs +4 defense).

 

In the center of the arena was the very prized Crimson Suit:

 

Touya kinomoto, Disruptive, PinkBox, Touch It, and Hikari all wanted it.

Congrats to Miss PinkBox.

 

Pinkbox and Touch it also get a Fairy to protect them until they are wipe out themselves (0 Attack/+1 Defense)

 

A ghost tried to attack touya kinomoto but wasn't effective (+2 attack vs +4 Defense).

 

Disruptive also decided to take on the seemingly prepared Anthem but his attack was insufficient (+1 attack vs +1 Defense).

Pixie Outfit: 0 Defense (Attacks greater than 4 will be negated)

Shiny Teeth Shield: +2 Defense

Magical Shield: +2 Defense OR +4 against any ranged or area attack.

 

Other items (usually these are ONE use )

Pacifier (Stock: 3): Can throw this at one player to stop them from attacking.
Bubble Grenades (Stock: 1): +4 Attack (Area)

Star Bomb (Stock: 2): +2 attack (Area, cause targets to disable their special ability next turn)

Crocker's Van: Will receive a hint for the special ability of any character you attack, regardless of if it is successful. Can only be use 3 times.

Special Chalk: Revealed upon gaining it.
